These terms explain what the audit does and what it does not do.
Use
Ads Waste Scanner analyzes uploaded Google Ads search terms exports and generates conservative negative keyword recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before applying them to any ad account.
Early access status
This is an early access service. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by CSV quality, conversion tracking, date range, and business context. The service does not guarantee ad performance, savings, conversions, or account results.
Upload rules
You must have the right to upload and process the data you submit. Do not upload sensitive, personal, regulated, confidential, or client data unless you are authorized to do so.
No account automation
The service does not connect to Google Ads, mutate campaigns, or apply negative keywords automatically. Exports are provided for manual review and import.
Ownership
You keep ownership of the data you upload. Ads Waste Scanner owns the software, workflow, page design, and report format. You may use delivered report outputs for your own business or client work, subject to these terms.
Abuse and availability
Access may be limited or blocked for misuse, abuse, illegal activity, attempts to overload the service, or attempts to access reports that are not yours. The service may change, pause, or stop during early access.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability for the service is capped at the amount you paid for the report that gave rise to the claim.
